INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE FTMASK:

  1. Open the zip-top bag, take 1 mask and tightly close the bag.
  2. Place ear loops behind your ears.
  3. Fit the nose guard.
  4. Expand the mask down to your chin.
  5. Assure the tight contact on sides.
  6. The mask is strictly throwaway Replace the mask after 2-3 hours of use or when it is moist.
  7. Remove the mask by the ear loop and discard in general waste or as prescribed by local rule.
  8. Wash hands after discarding.

FTMASK STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cool, dry place at temperatures from 0 to +40°С. Keep away from children.

FTMASK SHELF LIFE: 60 months.

FTMASK WARNINGS:
● not recommended for use in clinical setting where the infection risk level through inhalation exposure is high.
● patients with respiratory or heart conditions, consult your doctor before use.
● in case of breath or skin discomfort stop using the mask.

The masks are produced on the internationally certified equipment of the OREE LAZER plant, China.
